Description: OWNERS ARE MOTIVATED TO SELL
Conveniently positioned approximately midway between Lismore and Casino, this well-equipped rural property presents an excellent opportunity for those seeking a productive agricultural holding combined with a character-filled country residence.
Originally constructed in the 1930s, the solid two-storey weatherboard-clad home features three bedrooms plus a sleepout and retains many of the qualities of its era. Hardwood framing and flooring provide a sound structural foundation, while the elevated position takes full advantage of expansive 270-degree views across the surrounding countryside. The home also includes a wood heater, electric hot water system, substantial rainwater storage and septic system, with scope for further refurbishment or modernisation.
The property is supported by a range of practical improvements, including a substantial six-bay steel and timber machinery shed located beside the home. Two bays are enclosed with concrete flooring, while the remaining four are open, providing excellent storage for machinery, vehicles and equipment. Power is connected to the shed. The original dairy bales remain in sound condition, with power connected and the bore pump operating from this area, while nearby timber and steel cattle yards provide a functional livestock handling facility.
Water security is well catered for with a licensed 5-megalitre bore supplying livestock troughs and external taps throughout the property. The land is capable of carrying approximately 25-30 breeders and offers considerable versatility for grazing, hay production, cropping or equine pursuits. With its combination of established infrastructure, water availability, productive land and elevated rural setting, the property offers flexibility for both agricultural and lifestyle uses.
